Matthew Matz serves as the Director of Technology at Piper Learning, Inc. since February 2020, focusing on educational technology, product design and development, and customer support. With extensive experience in the Educational Technology sector, Matthew specializes in hardware and software development, front-end web design, and CAD/mechanical design. Prior roles include Engineering Teacher at Salem-Keizer Public Schools, STEM/Robotics Educator and Software Engineer at Parallax Inc., and various administrative and teaching positions in multiple schools. Matthew holds a Master of Education in School Leadership from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor of Arts in Science Teacher Education from Concordia College.
