Matt Knapp is the current Director of Enablement at Piper Companies. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate District Manager at Automatic Data Processing from January 2011 to November 2011. In this role, Matt was responsible for networking with key decision makers in a designated territory, prospecting targets for ADP payroll and HR solutions, representing stand-alone products of genuine interest to customers, cross selling business outsourcing solutions to an existing client base and managing partner relationships in Banking and Accounting.

Before ADP, Matt worked at Omega Sports from October 2008 to October 2010 as a Sales Associate. In this role, they assisted customers through the buying process, expanded their product knowledge and service skills, executed inventory management for footwear & apparel and held cashier duties with key/codes for the store.

Matt is a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who has a proven track record in achieving results. Matt is a strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Matt is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Matt is able to build relationships with customers and partners and is motivated by challenges.

Matt Knapp has a B.S. in Business Administration - Marketing from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, with a Sales Track Focus. Matt also attended Tampa Preparatory School.
