MIKE LEATHERS is a seasoned executive leader with a strong background in the concrete and building products industry. Starting their career at Hanson, MIKE has held various leadership roles at companies such as CEMEX, Forterra, and Thompson Pipe Group. Mike's experience includes managing sales and operations, leading global best practice process design, and overseeing profit and loss responsibilities for large divisions. MIKE holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and has pursued additional education in trenchless technologies and corporate development. Currently, Mike serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Pipeline Plastics, LLC.
