Jason Lucking is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, management, and marketing within the luxury retail and fitness sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of pAiback since December 2022, Jason also holds the position of Director at Tamsen Z since April 2019 and Business Development Manager at Pipeline Medical since June 2018. Previous roles include Director of Jewelry and Sculptures for North America at ATELIER MUNSTEINER, and Boutique Manager at both VHERNIER and an NYC boutique. Jason's expertise encompasses market analysis, CRM implementation, and strategic development, supported by an education as a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham.
