Leonardo Carreirão has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Leonardo began their career as an Assessor de qualidade at EngePro Consultoria from April 2016 to February 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Monitor de Cálculo Diferencial e Integral 1 at Universidade Federal do Paraná from March 2017 to August 2017.

In 2018, Leonardo joined MadeiraMadeira as a Sales Development Representative from May 2018 to August 2018. Later that year, they joined Pipefy and started as an Intern at Solutions Design from August 2018 to July 2019.

Leonardo then progressed within Pipefy, taking on the role of Pre-Sales Solutions Designer from July 2019 to May 2020. Leonardo then became an Enterprise Solutions Designer from May 2020 to May 2021. Following that, they served as a Sales Engineer Team Leader from May 2021 to August 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Intelligence & GTM at Pipefy, starting in August 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Leonardo Carreirão attended the Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they pursued a degree in Engenharia de Produção (Production Engineering).
