Lucas Segamarchi Trindade has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Lucas started their career at 100% Vídeo Locadora as an Atendente in 2008. Lucas then worked as an Assessor de Investimentos at Ações Invest Fix in 2009, followed by a role as Agente Autônomo de Investimentos at Federal Investimentos in 2011.

In 2012, Lucas joined ConnectParts, where they initially worked in customer service, then moved on to the position of Comprador, and later as Planejamento e Processos. Following this, they worked at Dori Alimentos Ltda. as an Assistente em Suprimentos, responsible for procurement and purchases.

From 2014 to 2016, Lucas worked at Spiltag Ind. Ltda. - Soluções em Embalagens Plásticas as an Analista Sistema de Gestão Integrado, focusing on maintaining and supporting ISO standards compliance.

In 2017, Lucas returned to PRODUCTIZED as an Operations and Finance Manager. In 2018, they took on the role of Operations and Logistics Coordinator at PRODUCTIZED, negotiating and coordinating suppliers for the conference.

Lucas then transitioned to Prodsmart in 2018, where they served as a Customer Success Associate, providing support and guidance to national and international clients, identifying process improvements, and suggesting product enhancements.

Most recently, Lucas has been working at Pipedrive since 2019, starting as a Customer Solutions Expert and later promoted to the position of Data Analyst Jr. Lucas currently holds the role of Data Analyst.
