Gonçalo Tavanez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gonçalo started their career in 2007, working at Halla Climate Control as a Final Quality Check technician. Gonçalo then moved on to Cabovisão, where they provided technical assistance in a call center setting. After that, they joined Visteon as a Technician, where they supported the assembly line for AC/radio control modules.
In 2007, Tavanez also worked at Volkswagen Autoeuropa, managing client parts complaints and contributing to parts problem analysis. Gonçalo then transitioned to PinhalQuimica as an IT Department Manager, overseeing network management, IT deployment, and website development.
Tavanez continued their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Talkdesk from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they provided customer support, handled application technical configuration, and conducted integration testing and troubleshooting for various platforms.
Gonçalo then joined Vodafone as an A-NOC VodafoneUK employee, responsible for network operations. Tavanez later joined Nokia Siemens Networks as a GNOC Engineer before moving to their most recent position at Pipedrive as a Support Engineer, starting in 2018.
Gonçalo Tavanez began their education at Escola Secundária do Pinhal Novo, where they studied in the 1st group - Cientific/Nature between 1996 and 2002. Gonçalo then went on to pursue a degree in Electronics & Computers Engineering at Instituto Politécnico de Setubal from 2003 to 2007, where they attained the 2nd Grade Student level. Continuing their education in the field of computer science, they returned to Instituto Politécnico de Setubal in 2007 and is currently pursuing their degree as a 2nd Grade Student in Computer Science.
