Dan Hsiung has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dan is the Co-Founder of Pipedream since 2018. Before that, they worked at Yahoo! Inc. as the Sr. Director of Engineering from 2015 to 2017. From 2008 to 2014, they served as the Director of Engineering at BrightRoll. Prior to that, they worked at Symantec as a Principal Software Engineer from 2004 to 2008. Dan also worked at Intelligent Systems Technology Inc. as a Project Lead/Sr. Software Engineer from 2002 to 2004 and at SimplyDone Business Solutions as a Project Lead/Software Engineer from 2001 to 2002. In 1999, they co-founded Netamorphosis Inc. and served as the Director of Technology until 2001.

Dan Hsiung completed their secondary education at Palo Alto High School. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree, majoring in Computer Science, at Princeton University from 1995 to 1999.
