Robyn Elliott is currently the Product Owner at Pioneer Valley Books. Prior to that, they were the Director, Client Support at eRezLife Software from October 2013 to May 2021. eRezLife Software provides innovative web-based software solutions to institutions of higher education. They specialize in eliminating the inefficiencies institutions face within the areas of student affairs, residential life, and housing through their 6 integrated software modules.

Before their time at eRezLife Software, Robyn was the Residence Life Coordinator, Victoria Hall at Queen's University from August 2007 to October 2013. As Residence Life Coordinator, they were responsible for establishing a vibrant residence community that provided feedback, mentoring, support, and compassionate challenge to residents. Robyn encouraged community development, the exploration of social identities, personal growth and citizenship in collaboration with others in the Residences portfolio.

During their time at Queen's University, Robyn was also USW Local 2010 Steward from March 2013 to October 2013, as well as a member of the Senate Committee for Information Technology from September 2012 to October 2013. Additionally, they were a member of the Alcohol Working Group from May 2012 to October 2013.

Robyn Elliott works with Julia Les - Software Engineer, Sarah Curran - Lead Application Designer, and Dennis Shockro - Director of Information Technology. Robyn Elliott reports to Nick Dufresne, CTO.
