Kristen Franzen has diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Kristen started their career as a Real Estate Broker Associate at HomeSmart in 2019 and later joined Pioneer Property Management, LLC as the Director of Operations for the Colorado Springs Division. Kristen also served as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Pioneer Property Management.

In addition, Kristen has held leadership volunteer positions at the National Association of Residential Property Management - Denver Chapter, where they served as the Communications and Webmaster Chair and the Vendor Affiliate Chair.

Furthermore, they worked as an Account Relationship Manager and Customer Success at Steady Technologies and as an Operations Growth Manager at Showdigs, where they oversaw all operations for live support and growth.

Prior to these roles, Kristen had experience as an Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper at Check Mark Spas, as an Owner/Operator at Scharbs Residential Services, and as an Assistant Property Manager at Grace Management & Investment and Alliance Residential Company.

Kristen also worked as a Residential Property Manager at Corum Real Estate Group, where they were responsible for all operational and leasing tasks for a lease-up in Louisville, CO.

Throughout their work experience, Kristen has demonstrated strong skills in real estate, operations management, customer success, and leadership.

Kristen Franzen earned their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2009. Kristen also obtained an Associate Brokers License in Real Estate from Kaplan Real Estate.
