Russ Weyers serves as President and CEO of Pioneer Products Inc. since July 2019, bringing extensive experience in business leadership to advance the company. Simultaneously, Russ holds the position of President and CEO at Southport Bank, a community-focused institution in Southeastern Wisconsin, since January 2015. Previous roles include Group Senior Vice President at Cole Taylor Bank, President at Watson Consulting LLC, and President at Johnson Bank, along with serving as Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Financial Group. Russ Weyers earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
