Laura Nelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and consulting within various industries. Currently serving as General Manager and Managing Director at Pioneer Management Consulting since October 2019, Laura previously held significant roles at Cargill, including TMO Change Lead and Global Change NA Leader from April 2016 to October 2019, as well as Design and Development Lead from October 2009 to September 2012. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Process Consultant - Merchandising at Target, where Laura managed a merchandising sales and inventory BI reporting tool for over 3,000 users. Laura began a career at Accenture as a Consultant, focusing on developing change management strategies for system implementations. Educationally, Laura holds a degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
