Mike Dilworth is currently the CFO at Pioneer Fund. Mike has held this position since January 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Solar Business Development at Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp from February 2016 to December 2018. Before that, they were the COO of Distributed Generation - Commercial & Industrial at SunEdison from March 2010 to October 2015.

Mike has also worked as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Energy from October 2009 to February 2010. In this role, they assessed the commercial and financial viability of CleanTech companies for the allocation of $2.3B in renewable energy manufacturing tax credits.

From March 2005 to December 2008, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Jefferies & Company. And prior to that, they worked as an Associate in the Power and Utilities Group at Lazard from March 2004 to March 2005.

Mike Dilworth began their career in 2000 as an Associate in GE Capital's Energy Financial Services group. Mike then moved to Salomon Smith Barney's Global Power Group in August 2000, where they worked until November 2002.

Mike Dilworth has a MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in the field of finance and accounting.
