Frank De Winne has extensive experience in quality engineering and management within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Customer Quality Engineering and Logistic Manager at Pioneer Europe since June 2006, Frank oversees quality and logistics for automotive customers across Europe, including supporting RFQ processes and calculating logistics costs. Previously, Frank held roles as Customer Quality Engineering Manager, Customer Quality Manager at Pioneer Corporation, Production Engineering Manager, Manager of Auto Insertion, and Process Engineer at Pioneer Technology Belgium. Notably, Frank implemented ISO/TS16949 at Pioneer Erpe-Mere and has a background in production engineering, automation, and quality management. Frank holds an education from HOGENT from 1985 to 1989.
