Andrew Le Poidevin has extensive experience in financial leadership and governance, currently serving as a Non-executive Trustee and Director at Pioneer Educational Trust, where Andrew also chairs the Finance & Audit Committee. Since September 2019, Andrew has been self-employed, seeking part-time consultancy or non-executive director positions. Previously, Andrew held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Spirit Energy, overseeing financial control and corporate finance following the merger of Centrica's and SWM's oil and gas businesses. Andrew's career includes significant roles at Centrica Energy, where Andrew served as Finance Director, and Centrica PLC, where positions included Chief Risk Officer and Director of Financial Control.
