Mike Howard is a seasoned Project Superintendent with extensive experience in highway construction and management. Since May 2003, Mike has been with Pioneer Construction Inc., overseeing crews, paving highways, managing quarry operations, and promoting safety. Prior to this role, Mike worked at MillerGroup from March 2001 to May 2003, where responsibilities included building and maintaining highways and managing pits and quarries. From April 1993 to March 2001, Mike served in a similar capacity at John R Howard Cons Inc., focusing on drilling, blasting, and highway construction throughout Northern Ontario. Mike holds a high school diploma from Ridgeway Crystal Beach High School and has practical experience in road building.
