Amit Khullar has a diverse work experience in the supply chain and logistics field. Amit started their career at Wockhardt as a Production Supervisor, where they were responsible for ensuring shift volumes and solving technical problems. Amit then moved on to Cadbury plc. as a Commercial Planner in the Logistics and Supply Chain department, where they prepared production plans, delivery schedules, and managed vendor managed inventory. Amit then joined Britania Industries Ltd. as a Material Planner, where they planned daily dispatches and managed inter depot transfers. At FGF Brands, Amit held multiple roles, including Production Supervisor, Materials Manager, and Manager of Supply Chain Execution. In these positions, they focused on continuous improvement, cost savings, and inventory accuracy. Most recently, Amit worked at Protenergy Natural Foods Corp. as a Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for supply planning, transportation, warehousing, and purchasing for the Carton Soup Business. Amit achieved significant cost savings through process improvement initiatives. Amit's most recent position was as the Director of Supply and Planning at Pinty's Delicious Foods, where they oversaw budgeting, supply planning, transportation, warehousing, purchasing, customer service, and replenishment for the business. Their main focus was on process improvement, contract management, system development, and providing leadership to their team.

Amit Khullar attended Guru Nanak Dev University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a BSc degree in Food Science & Technology. Additionally, in December 2015, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from More Steam University.
