Michelle Cassilagio is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in partnering with diverse teams across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of HRBPs for Tech & International at Pinterest since September 2020, Michelle leads the HRBP function across Engineering, Product, Design, Content, Strategy, and International domains. Prior to Pinterest, Michelle held various HR leadership roles at Google from April 2011 to September 2020, culminating as Sr HRBP Lead for Trust & Safety, and has a background in supporting corporate functions, legal, and public policy. Michelle's career began at Pepsi Beverages Company as an Account Manager, and Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
