Millatina Urfana has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Millatina started their career in 2016 as an Apprentice at FLEXIROAM, where they achieved multiple accolades for their performance and successfully closed partnership deals. Millatina also managed event projects during their time there. In 2018, they joined OYO as a Business Development Manager until 2020. Millatina then moved to mobi as a Regional Sales Manager for a brief period in 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at TREVO, first as a Business Development & Supply Acquisition Manager and later as a City Business Manager, leading a team and responsible for setting sales targets and managing projects. In 2023, they joined PVG Indonesia as the Head of Sales.

Millatina Urfana began their education in 2009 at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing. Millatina completed this program in 2013. Later, in 2015, they enrolled at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Their studies at UKM concluded in 2016.
