Michelle Brown has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Michelle started their career as a Child and Family Psychologist at the Royal Queensland Bush Children's Health Scheme in 2001. Michelle then joined Queensland Health as a Senior Psychologist & Clinical Consultant in 2004.
In 2007, Michelle transitioned into the field of management consulting and joined Sentis as a Senior Consultant. Michelle later took on roles such as Consultant Manager, Client Development Executive, and Operations Manager-Americas.
In 2016, Michelle became a Partner at Propulo Consulting, where they served as a leader in human performance and business transformation. Michelle then moved on to join Sentis - Americas & Europe as the Associate Vice President of Client Services and later as the Senior Vice President of Human Performance & Business Transformation.
Michelle also has experience in academia, working as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business since 2019. Michelle'smost recent role is the Chief Operating Officer at Pinsight, a position they have held since 2020. Throughout their career, Michelle has gained expertise in areas such as employee safety, operational performance, customer experience, organizational culture change, and flexible work environments.
Michelle Brown obtained a BA Hons in Psychology from The University of Queensland from 1997 to 2000. Michelle later pursued an Executive MBA in Executive level strategic management in a global business environment from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2013 to 2015.
