Linda Hall worked at Pinsight from 2012 to the present. Linda held the role of Global Head Assessor and later became the Director of Talent Operations in April 2020. Prior to that, Linda was a self-employed Counselling Psychologist.

Linda Hall obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Stellenbosch University, where they studied from 1988 to 1991.
