Wes Parham has a diverse work history in public affairs and government relations. From 2022 onwards, they have been serving as the Vice President of Public Affairs at Pinnacol Assurance. Prior to that, they worked at Xcel Energy where they held the positions of Director of Regional Government Affairs (2020-2022) and Manager of State Government Affairs (2015-2020). Before their time at Xcel Energy, Wes worked at the Colorado Association of REALTORS® as the Director of Business and Professional Development (2011-2015) and Manager of Government Affairs (2007-2011). Wes also has experience working in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Constituent Liaison in 2005-2006.
