Amanda Crocker, CMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Amanda began their career at Pinnacol Assurance in 2005 as a Claims Representative, providing customer service and educating policyholders on workers' compensation benefits. Amanda later transitioned to the role of Provider Relations Specialist, managing provider contracts and leading educational conferences. Amanda then moved into the field of event planning, starting as a Meetings & Events Planner at Pinnacol Assurance in 2013. In this role, they organized various events for employees, stakeholders, and community partners. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Meetings & Events Planner, taking on larger-scale event management responsibilities. Amanda then advanced to the position of Manager of Special Events at Pinnacol Assurance, where they strategically planned and executed in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and events, with a strong focus on risk management. Currently, Amanda holds the role of Manager of Special Events & Community Affairs at Pinnacol Assurance, where they coordinate internal departments and community partners to develop and implement events that enhance the organization's image, customer loyalty, and brand. Prior to their time at Pinnacol Assurance, Amanda worked at Entercom as a Sales Assistant in 2004 and completed a Promotions and Events Internship with the company in 2003, where they facilitated and participated in radio remotes and events.

Amanda Crocker, CMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel & Merchandising from Colorado State University. Prior to their collegiate studies, they attended Horizon High School. Amanda has also obtained several certifications, including Virtual Event & Meeting Management from the Event Leadership Institute in September 2020, Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Events Industry Council in May 2019, Graduate Certificate in the Arts of Services Marketing from the Colorado State University - College of Business in May 2013, and Cvent Event Management Certification from Cvent in July 2020.
