Juan Sebastian Henao is a Project Lead and Reliability Data Analyst at Pinnacle, leading the implementation of a fixed equipment asset strategy for Mississippiā€™s largest refinery since June 2021. Previously, as a Project Manager and Field Engineer at Valsamis Inc. Marine Engineers and Contractors from December 2018 to March 2021, Juan conducted over 30 vessel inspections globally and facilitated the recruitment and training of engineers and interns. Earlier experience includes serving as Box Office Manager at the University of Houston, where collaboration with marketing teams and event tracking ensured successful operations for various concerts. Additionally, Juan began in the engineering field as an intern at Valsamis Inc., where responsibilities included designing components using AutoCAD and Inventor and operating CNC machinery for HVAC systems servicing major cruise lines. Juan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston, earned in 2018.
