Hemant Mataghare has extensive experience in telecommunications and technical operations, currently serving in WhatsApp Operations at Pinnacle Teleservices Pvt Ltd since February 2009, focusing on WhatsApp Technical Operations. Additionally, Hemant Mataghare manages MTNL DLT Operations, handling SMS-related queries through coordination with all telecom DLT operators. In a previous role, Hemant Mataghare was involved in the operation and maintenance of SMPP gateways for bulk messaging, as well as integrating and testing bulk SMS connectivity. Prior experience includes working on the CIPA project at HCL Technologies from November 2007 to February 2008. Hemant Mataghare is a graduate of C P & Berar Highschool in Nagpur.
