Brian Wolters has an extensive work experience spanning across multiple companies. Brian started their career as a Store Manager at Montgomery Ward in 1994, where they managed Electric Avenue and a team of 20+ employees, focusing on inventory management and budgeting. In 1996, they joined Alltel Information Services as an IT Training Manager, overseeing the internal Applications Help Desk and training up to 12 representatives.

From 2001 to 2006, Wolters worked at the Arkansas Department of Information Systems as a Management Information Systems Specialist, responsible for maintaining the Arkansas Drivers Licenses Software System. Brian utilized Viisage, AS/400, and Microsoft technologies.

In 2006, they joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences as a Disaster Recovery Specialist, handling backup and recovery operations. Their expertise included Xiotech/X-IO Storage Area Networks, Cisco Fibre Channel Switches, CommVault Backup and Recovery, and Windows Server Support.

Since 2011, Wolters has been working at Pinnacle Structures, Inc. as the Director of Information Technology. Brian has been the sole person responsible for all IT-related projects. Their responsibilities include IT project management, data analysis, IT purchasing, research and consulting, and implementing various technologies such as Microsoft Server, Hyper-V, SQL Server, Veeam Backup, Microsoft 365, and more.

Overall, Wolters has accumulated substantial experience in IT project management, data analysis, disaster recovery, Microsoft technologies, networking, and staff training throughout their career.

Brian Wolters earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Arkansas State University-Beebe, which they attended from 1988 to 1990. In addition to their degree, Brian has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Brian received the A+ certification from CompTIA in January 1998. Later, they acquired certifications from LinkedIn, including "CompTIA Network+ (N10-006) Cert Prep: 1 Understanding Networks" and "CompTIA Network+ (N10-006) Cert Prep: 2 The Physical Network" in April 2018. Brian also completed the "Managing Your Time" certification from LinkedIn in July 2017. Most recently, in June 2023, Brian obtained the "Cybersecurity Foundations: Security Architecture" certification from LinkedIn.
