Heather Edelschick has over 13 years of experience in the workforce. Heather began their career in 2007 as a Sales Manager at Bluegreen Vacations. In 2008, they took a role as a Personal Banker II at Wells Fargo and held several roles through the Wells Fargo Financial and Wachovia Bank mergers in Florida. In 2012, they became the Market Manager II at Randstad USA, providing staffing solutions to clients and conducting payroll. In 2018, they became a Strategic Sales Account Executive at Roth Staffing, working with local Central Florida area businesses and jobseekers. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at Pinnacle Staffing Resources, LLC, crafting a partnership plan with clients in the manufacturing, logistics, construction, and clerical fields.

Heather Edelschick obtained their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General from the University of Central Florida between 2000 and 2004. In 2017, they became a Certified Jazzercise Instructor through Jazzercise, Inc.
