Robert Petrillo has a diverse work experience that ranges from gelato shop management to business development in third-party administration of employer-sponsored retirement plans. Robert was the Director of Business Development at Pinnacle Plan Design, responsible for optimizing the plans of various companies and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations. Robert has also worked in the operations and marketing communication of Frost, a Gelato Shoppe and pursued an internship at Course Creators-Modern Real Estate, where they spearheaded the company's search for national clients and worked on social media marketing.
Robert Petrillo received their high school diploma in 2009 from Catalina Foothills High School. Robert then enrolled in The University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. In 2015, Robert obtained the certification of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Later in 2016, they obtained the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) certification from the same institution.
