Tracey Flett has extensive experience in IT service delivery, currently serving as General Manager - IT Service Delivery at Cardif Pinnacle since October 2010, after previously holding the role of Service Desk Team Leader. Prior to Cardif Pinnacle, Tracey worked at Wandsworth Borough Council as IT Service Desk Manager from April 2009 to October 2010 and spent 20 years at Entertainment UK as IT Service Centre Manager. Earlier in the career, Tracey was employed at VCI PLC as Computer Operator Manager from 1988 to 2000. Educational background includes attendance at Mill Hill County from 1972 to 1979.
