Tracy Gueye has extensive experience in administrative and recruitment roles within the healthcare sector. Since February 2018, Tracy has been employed at Pinnacle Health, while also serving as the Physician Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator at UPMC Central PA since February 2008. In this position, Tracy facilitates communication between management and healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with various HR requirements and timely completion of onboarding processes across multiple hospitals and facilities in the region. Tracy holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, both obtained from the University of Phoenix between 2007 and 2014.
