Elyse Fleck is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with over 15 years in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement Operations at Boyd Gaming since July 2023, Elyse has previously held significant positions including Supply Chain Manager at Pinnacle Entertainment and Director of Purchasing at Paris Brothers Inc. and Global FoodService. Elyse's expertise in vendor management and purchasing began at QualServ Corporation and Treat America Food Services, and foundational experience was gained at Applebee's International as Director of Purchasing. Elyse holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
