Dan has more than 20 years of health care industry experience in sales, strategic planning, teambuilding and distribution channel management. Dan has been immersed in Small Business Group (SBG) sales throughout his career and has a notable history of having impressive sales numbers and exceeding target goals. He has developed quoting platforms to enhance the user experience and has also developed initiatives to target new business, including win-back programs, non-producing broker programs, and geo-targeted marketing campaigns to grow market share. In his role, Dan provides leadership and manages the entire sales process from start to finish, focusing on executing sales, service and retention goals to ensure that the Covered California Small Business (CCSB) program reaches soaring growth levels.
