Nina Cardin has extensive experience in property management and operational leadership, currently serving as a Student Housing Technical Coach and Assistant General Manager at B.HOM Student Living since July 2020. Prior roles include Co Manager at Across The Tracks B&B and positions at Peak Campus as Property Manager and Senior Assistant Manager. Additional experience encompasses being a Business Manager at University Communities, Area Manager at Amazon, and various roles at Zappos Family of Companies and Pinnacle Family of Companies. Nina Cardin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, completed between 2015 and 2018, and has an educational background from Owens Community College from 2004 to 2007.
