Martin Short has a diverse work experience in the field of system engineering and support. Martin currently works as a System Engineer at Pinnacle Business Systems since May 2022. Prior to this, Martin held the position of Sr. Systems Engineer at Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce from April 2014 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as an Enterprise Support Sr. Engineer at Dell from July 2013 to April 2014. Martin's early career included roles at The Chickasaw Nation, where they served as a Systems Engineer I from May 2008 to July 2013 and as a Systems Administrator II from May 2006 to May 2008.

Martin Short's education history includes attending Murray State College from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained an AAS degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended East Central University from 1997 to 1999, studying Computer Science but not completing a degree. Apart from their formal education, Martin Short has also obtained various certifications in the field of technology, including certifications from Cohesity, Dell Technologies, Microsoft, Pure Storage, Duo Security, and Rubrik, Inc.
