Sarah Ready (Weyer) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sarah is currently working at Pinnacle Advertising, where they started as a Utility Production Summer Student at Marfield Door Systems in 2012. Sarah then worked as an Office Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, University Health and Counseling Services from 2013 to 2015. During the same period, they also held positions as an Intramural Sports Softball Coordinator and an Intramural Sports Supervisor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Office of Recreation Sports and Facilities.

In 2014, Sarah worked as a Sales Associate, Business Intern at Sherwin-Williams before becoming a Facilities Building Supervisor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Office of Recreation Sports and Facilities from 2014 to 2015. Sarah then pursued a Graduate Assistant role in Intramural Sports at Indiana University Campus Recreational Sports from 2015 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Sarah joined the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago as a Program Director for Recreational Sports. Currently, they are employed at Pinnacle Advertising, starting as an Account Coordinator in 2020, and progressing to roles such as Senior Account Coordinator, Associate Account Executive, and Associate Manager of Account Services. Currently, Sarah serves as Manager of Account Services at Pinnacle Advertising, where they lead the Tier 3 Department, oversees employee onboarding, and continuously works on process improvement and documentation.

Sarah Ready (Weyer) pursued their education with a strong focus on both sports and business administration. From 2011 to 2015, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Following this, Sarah continued their academic journey at Indiana University Bloomington, where they completed their Master's degree in Athletic Administration/Sport Management from 2015 to 2017.
