Ratul Dihingia has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ratul started their career in 2019 as a Video Editor at Prag News and later worked as a Film Video Editor at Sorai Sapori in 2020. In the same year, they also worked as a Video Editor at First News. In 2018, Ratul joined Unitreed as a Videographer and stayed there until 2021. Ratul then moved on to Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh, where they worked as a Teaching Faculty from 2021 to 2022. In 2021, they also worked as a Data Management Specialist at Educationary Technocart Pvt. Ltd. Currently, Ratul works as a Business Development Executive at Haaku Technology.

Ratul Dihingia pursued their education in a chronological manner. Ratul completed their Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Dibrugarh University in Dibrugarh from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Jorhat College from 2015 to 2017. In 2015, Ratul also pursued a Software Programmer course at NIIT Jorhat. Moving further back in their educational journey, from 2013 to 2014, they completed a Diploma in Mechanical, specializing in Diesel Mechanic, from the Government Industrial Training Institute in India. In 2011, they obtained an Arts degree from Duliajan Junior College, and they completed their High School education from Oil India Higher Secondary School between 2000 and 2011.
