Kathleen Nystrom has diverse work experience spanning advertising, retail, and salon industries. Kathleen currently works at Pinnacle Advertising, starting as an Account Coordinator in February 2020 and progressing to Senior Account Coordinator in January 2022. Presently, they hold the role of Associate Account Executive. Before joining Pinnacle Advertising, they worked at Justice as a Style Advisor from August 2010 to December 2020. Additionally, Kathleen worked at Savarino Salon & Spa as a Front Desk staff member from June 2012 to December 2017, and also worked as a Hairstylist from June 2012 to September 2014.

Kathleen Nystrom's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Elgin Community College. Kathleen completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree at this institution, graduating in 2015. In 2011, they also attended Pivot Point Beauty School-Bloomingdale for a year, with a focus on Cosmetology/Cosmetologist. Later, in 2016, Kathleen enrolled at Columbia College Chicago, where they studied Advertising for a year, completing this program in 2017.
