Max Li has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. In 2005, they worked at IBM as a Sales Manager, where they focused on large account sales for the finance and communication sectors in Shanghai. Max built strong relationships with major banks and developed expertise in the GCP sector. In 2010, they founded Uservic, an IT service delivery company specializing in finance and government sectors. Max successfully built and sold the company within a year. From 2012 to 2012, they served as the CEO of Shanghai SOTTO Investment Co., Ltd and was involved in B2B2C partnerships with banks. In 2013, they joined IBM again as a Senior Manager. In 2016, they worked at Oracle as a Senior Executive, contributing to digital and mobile transformation projects. Max later joined Magpie Technologies Limited as the China Country Manager, where they focused on digital and mobile transformation projects for large enterprises. Lastly, in 2018, they co-founded and became the COO of Pinlan, an organization focused on providing artistic views.

Max Li attended the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Management Information System. Additionally, Max received a certification as a PSD, Certified Session Leader from Wilson Learning in July 2008.
