Robert Pieranunzi is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning + Development at Pinkberry Ventures, Inc. since August 2011. Robert oversees global training initiatives, manages a team that develops training materials for diverse audiences, and enhances training effectiveness through data analysis and talent development. Previously, Robert held roles in program training at The Marketing Arm, where leadership and operational curriculum were designed for large-scale training programs, and worked in recruitment at TEKsystems and Aerotek, focusing on technical and non-technical placements. Robert's background also includes performance arts with Kazarian/Spencer & Associates. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Indiana University Bloomington in 2000.
