Mindy Eddins has extensive experience in both public service and private enterprise. Currently serving as a Water Plant Operator and Meter Reader for Craven County Government since January 2017, Mindy also holds managerial and independent contractor roles at Pink Zebra Home since May 2014. Previously, Mindy founded and served as CEO of Curtis Maintenance and Inspections LLC from December 2009 to February 2017 and worked as a Senior Sales Representative at Newton and Associates from March 2004 to March 2010. Mindy's academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, along with two Master's Degrees in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching and Marketing, all obtained from the University of Phoenix.
