Kevin Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin began their career in 1989 as a part-time package handler and ramp agent at FedEx Express. Over the years, they held various positions within the company, including full-time ramp agent, outbound flight manager, and sales executive in the charter division. In 1997, they transitioned to the role of director of operations at The Billiard Factory, where they worked for 15 years. In 2002, they also started working for the Houston Rockets as an NBA scorebook and game clock operator. Johnson joined Sigma Supply of North America in 2018 as an account manager, and they held this position until 2022. Currently, they serve as the vice president of operations at Pink Zebra Home, a role they assumed in 2021.

Kevin Johnson attended The University of Alabama from 1988 to 1992, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
