Monica Breckenridge is an accomplished entrepreneur and media personality currently serving as the 2023 Host of "The American Dream TV," an Emmy-nominated show airing across various platforms that highlights the culture and real estate of Colorado Springs. As the CEO of Pink Realty, Monica leads a full-service brokerage catering to clients in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Pueblo, supported by a dedicated team of over one hundred agents. Additionally, Monica co-owns Pink Rentals, specializing in property management, and operates Pink Real Estate, an investment company focused on home acquisitions. An author of a successful investing system, Monica's experience in real estate is complemented by earlier work as an ID Clerk for the Colorado Springs Police Department.
