Ayush Sharma has worked for various companies since 2016. Ayush began as a Core Team Member in the Creatives department for Alcheringa, IIT Guwahati in 2016. Ayush then worked as the Technical Head for Campus Broadcasting Service (CBS) in 2017. In 2018, they were a Software Development Intern for AppSecure Security and a Product Developer Intern for LensHood. In 2019, they were a Software Development Engineer (SDE) Applications Intern for Innovaccer. In 2020, they were a Software Development Engineer II for cure.fit (cult.fit). Currently, they are a Software Engineer for PingSafe and a Tech for sugar.fit. Ayush has been responsible for leading all the typescript based projects at sugar.fit, owned multiple UI side features on Sugarfit's website, and built various features to upgrade the Orion and Xray. At cure.fit, they owned multiple dashboards for internal platforms microservices and built various features including video-based remote center auditing, teleselling, customer support section management, internal SSO login with responsive layout, and improved architectural performance along with react component-level optimisations. At Innovaccer, they integrated Microsoft's AdaptiveCards using ReactJS in InNote application and redesigned the UI into a unified interface of card layout. At LensHood, they designed and implemented membership and payment flows on the website.

Ayush Sharma attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering.
