Rushi M. has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2017. In 2017, Rushi M. was a Software Development Intern at Exactus Corporation Pvt. Ltd., where they automated the process of notification and record making of different tasks of 30+ legal counsels and recommended improvements to the GUI making it easier to understand for non-technical staff of 40+. In 2018, Rushi M. held two roles at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Rushi M. was responsible for grading assignments, exams, and class participation for graduate students, and assisted faculty members with classroom instruction material, office hours and training of the new graduate assistants. As a Graduate Assistant, Rushi M. facilitated teaching-learning experience for 500+ students and 20+ faculty by providing technical support at Robert H. Smith School of Business from the Audio-Visual Master Control office. In 2019, Rushi M. was an Analytics Intern at Dassault Systèmes, where they built a sales representative productivity dashboard on Tableau to track performance for future competitive assessment, thus establishing a formal process for tracking areas of opportunity and improvement. Rushi M. also performed data analysis by querying tables across various cross functions using SQL to determine lead-to-close ratio and monetary impact of the team on profit, and provided increased focus on analytics by identification, development and evolution of KPIs. In 2020, Rushi M. was a Data Engineer at EAB, and in 2021, Rushi M. is a Data Warehouse Engineer at Pinger.

Rushi M. completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering between 2014 and 2018. Rushi then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 2018 and 2019.
