Peter Tang is an experienced HR Business Partner at PingCAP since April 2017, with a strong background in recruitment and consulting within the Internet and Internet Finance sectors. Prior to this role, Peter served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Randstad from March 2015 to March 2017, successfully placing candidates from senior executive to middle management levels. Beginning a career as a Consultant/Team Leader at a startup from January 2013 to February 2015, Peter conducted full-cycle recruitment and business development activities. Additionally, Peter worked as an Engineer and Pre-sales professional at an IT and Internet Company from July 2011 to December 2012, focusing on program design based on customer requirements. Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Suzhou University.
