Valerie Rector serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Ping Identity since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at ViewRay, Inc. and Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at Coalfire Systems, Inc. Valerie has a strong background in corporate talent acquisition, having held positions such as Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition and Manager of University Relations at Dish Network. Additional experience includes directing recruitment at Hudson Financial Solutions and managing organizational development at First Data Corporation. Valerie began their career in recruiting with KPMG and Arthur Andersen LLP, focusing on campus recruitment. Valerie holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
