Andrew Waggott is an experienced professional with a robust background in retail operations, particularly within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Retail Operations Director at Pinewood Technologies since July 2022, Andrew previously held multiple leadership roles at Pendragon PLC from February 2008 to July 2022, including Group Aftersales Director and Divisional Aftersales Leader, overseeing service operations across 218 dealerships and 120 dealerships, respectively. Andrew also directed contact centre operations within Pendragon, emphasizing customer service and retention.
