Matt Lougee currently serves as President of Capital Markets at Pine Tree, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Matt was the Division Financial Officer for Retail at Irvine Company from September 2020 to May 2022. Matt also held the title of Executive Vice President at Westwood Financial from July 2017 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, Matt served as Senior Vice President of Finance at DDR Corp. from June 2007 to April 2017. Matt Lougee is an alumnus of Colgate University.
