Piper Miller has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Piper started their career as a Green Business Intern at the Illinois Green Business Association in 2013, where they marketed the Green Business Certification program and assisted with consultations for businesses pursuing certification. In 2014, they worked as a Special Events and Sustainability Associate at the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce, where they planned and promoted special events and established positive relationships with local businesses. From 2015 to 2017, Piper served as the Sustainability & Outreach Coordinator at the Leon County Government, where they collaborated on policy development and created educational programs to promote sustainability initiatives. Since then, they have worked at Pine Gate Renewables, starting as an Origination Coordinator and eventually becoming the Vice President of Market Development, responsible for market-entry strategy and overseeing solar projects in the Northeastern U.S.
Piper Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Florida State University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015.
