Lisa Ockerman is the Executive Director of Educational Design, Strategic Initiatives & Institutional Research at Pine Crest. Lisa has dedicated their career to education, previously working as the National Association of Independent Schools. Lisa has also worked as a teacher and administrator at various levels within the Pine Crest School system. Lisa is committed to providing quality education for all students and ensuring that they have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Lisa Ockerman received their Doctor of Education from the University of West Florida in the field of Curriculum and Instruction. Lisa also holds an Education Specialist degree from the same school in the same field. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Science of Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Loyola University New Orleans.

Lisa Ockerman reports to Dana Markham, President. Lisa Ockerman works with Keri Kolettis - Head of Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Science Curriculum Academic Advisor, Krista Promnitz - Assistant Head of Upper School, Dean of Student Services, Interim Director of the Learning Network, and Whitney Walters-Sachs - VP, School & Legal Affairs.
